Soirée Sands

Soirée Sands is a city in the region of Reflection Atoll. With white sands that tourists will flock to, the city's high land values are good for developing Cultural, Gambling or Education city. Its the shoreline and railway can be used to transport tourists and workers alike.
Soirée Sands has an ample supply of water and little wind along with rail and port access. It has no coal, oil or ore.
