Rising Sun Valley is a city in the region of Discovery Delta.It is the ideal city for players who desire wide open spaces. A large crude oil deposit in this site welcomes players to start a Drilling business and a moderate amount of coal provides a source of coal for a Coal Power Plant.
Rising Sun Valley has an ample amount of coal, oil and water with little wind and no ore. It has only rail connection, no port access.
