Spooner Plains is a city in the region of Discovery Delta. Mother lode of crude oil is ideal for a player desiring a petroleum empire. River access provides necessary infrastructure to ship oil, plastic and fuel to the Global Market.
Spooner Plains has rich supply of oil and water, along with some wind, a little coal but no ore. It has only port access but no rail connection.
