Tosca Cliffs

Tosca Cliffs is a city in the region of Viridian Woods. It has cliffs that separate the city into two distinct elevations. Bountiful coal and raw ore deposits provide the foundation for a city focused on mining.

Tosca Cliffs has a large supply of coal, ore and water with a little wind. It has only port access.
