Pioneer Plains is a city in the region of Titan Gorge. A rich crude oil reservoir has long lured would-be oil barons to this grassy site. Expansive plains provide plenty of room to build a sprawling city. Pioneer Plains is another location perfect for a petroleum based economy.
Pioneer Plains has deep reservoirs of oil and water with a little wind but has no ore or coal. It has only rail access.
