Multiplayer

Players can play with friends or strangers by playing in the same region.

• Up to 16 players can play in one region.

Players in the same region directly affect one another through pollution, crime and sharing of services.

Players can create a private or public region.

• In private region, only the player and his or her friends can join.

• In public region, anyone can join.
