Elm Grove is a city in the [[region]] of [[Whitewater Valley]]. Located in a dense forest, Elm Grove is rich in both [[oil]] and [[orecoal]]. The fresh mountain air is attractive to tourists and other visitors. Cities specialized in either [[mining]], [[drilling]] or a combination of both would be desirable at this site. Elm Grove has plentiful reservoir of oil and coal along with some [[ore]] and [[water]]. It lacks wind but has port and rail access. [[Category:City]]
