==Residential Zones==
Residential zones are where sims can build houses and move it.
*These zones are green.
Sims move into residential zones automatically.
If the player do no keep the sims happy, they will leave and houses will become abandoned.
==Commercial Zones==
Commercial zones are where shops and offices are built.
*These zones are yellow.
Commercial buildings provide the sims with jobs and bring profit to the city.
*Commercial buildings do not bring in as much profit as industrial buildings.
Sims will spend their simoleons in these buildings to earn [[happiness]].
