Grand Haven is a city in the region of Reflection Atoll. Surrounded by the Ring River, Grand Haven is a nature wonderland with high land values. This is an ideal location for a wealthy Cultural, Gambling or Education city.
Grand Haven has an ample supply of water, little wind but no other natural resources. It has both rail and port access. The plot is nearly circular in shape with a single road entrance in the middle of the leeward edge.
