Mesquite is a city in the region of Titan Gorge. The Reposado River curves around this site, occupying a significant chunk of the area. [[Oil] deposits somehow resist the flow of the river. It also has moderate coal deposits.
Mesquite has large amount of water, moderate amount of coal and oil, a little wind and no ore. It has only port access.
