Players can play with friends or strangers by playing in the same region.
- Up to 16 players can play in one region.
Players in the same region directly affect one another through the spread of pollution or sharing of services.
- One city can negatively affect another by spreading its pollution or criminals.
- It can also positively affect another by sharing its resources and services.
Players can create a private or public region.
- In private region, only the player and his or her friends can join.
- In public region, anyone can join.
