Mesquite is a city in the region of Titan Gorge. The Reposado River curves around this site, occupying a significant chunk of the area. Oil deposits somehow resist the flow of the river. It also has moderate coal deposits.
Mesquite has large amount of water, moderate amount of coal and oil, a little wind and no ore. It has only port access.
