Rousseau Flats is a city in the region of Viridian Woods. The site has bountiful deposits of coal and raw ore deposits scattered throughout. With plenty room to grow, Rousseau Flats is ready for a massive mining city.
Rousseau Flats has large deposits of coal and water with good amount of ore, little wind but no oil. It has only rail connection, no port access.
