Recently, there has been a boom of high-rise and skyscraper building in both residential and commercial to boost me up to the 50 thousand mark from only 10K about 3 sim-months ago, or about 2 earth days for me. Then, I went to conquer a new city, which I named '''Wayterference City''', because I wasn't sure, and that confusion was interfereing me. Also, a highway literally ''went all the way through the area, and thus: '''Way''' Highway '''terference''' Interference!'' And by the way, thr main highway has very little traffic. But the road that hooks up is a nightmare, and some of the other roads are a mess!!! (Pics coming soon!) That city has about 1014.2K people in. In some modern history, the mayor of Wayterference City wanted to hit the jackpot like Traffic Inhabital, so I got to work. Hower, it hasn't '''yet''' reached the boom, which in T.I. is called the "''Skyscraper Boom''".
Well, now I have a third city, '''Pleasntstonship''', currently with 5135 sims. It's a small town, and will forever be small, as sims need a peaceful place to be in the region.
Conclusion: I made for my self a "claim two cities in one day" challenge, and decided (after a long time) on a Resource city and Transport city. I soon became overwhelmed planning them out, but after a break or two, I had set forth on each city and their doing a-ok, and I did it! Resource Plateau has 1K sims, Transportation City doesn't have any yet, but I've got the roads ready.
Wow, that was successful! I started a Resource and then a Transport area.
I soon hope to expand into the other 10 7 cities to make it a sweet 16 total. But, also I am thinking about [[Great Work|Great Works]].
Currently, I have a strategically placed international airport in-between the cities so they can connect, and I'm working on municipal airports to hook up the whole system!
