After months of research, (and lots of youtube vids), I downloaded a free trial version (short of money), and made lots of progress, and learned a lot. City: Zachoopolis.
On October 28th, I went out and bought the game, and set up my region, Gilmanopolis, which now has 6.1K sims in it.Well, I named it that, I claimed [[Viridain Woods]], and got to work in Wessex Bend.
