*Different parks attract Sims of different wealth levels. [[Basic Parks|Basic parks]] bring in low wealth Sims. [[Nature Parks|Nature]] and [[Sports Parks|sports parks]] attract medium wealth Sims. High wealth Sims are attracted by [[Formal Parks|formal parks]] and [[Plaza|plaza]]s.
Note: Wealth and [[Density]] are completely different things and are not effected by one another, you can have Low Wealth/High Density apartment buildings and High wealth/Low Density mansions.
