Toyokuni Strand is a city in the [[region]] of [[Horizon Archipelago]]. The shoreline that sweeps around the edge of this site increases the land value of the city. Massive crude [[oil]] and raw [[ore]] deposits allow the player to specialize into [[Mining]], [[Drilling]] or [[Culture]] cities. Toyokuni Strand has massive oil, ore and [[water]] reservoirs along with little [[wind]] and no [[oil]]. It has both rail and port access.
