Changes

Lapsang Landing is a city in the [[region]] of [[Horizon Archipelago]]. has good amount of [[ore]] and [[coal]] deposits. A nearby train trestle runs trains through this site to connect it to the rest of the region. A [[mining|Metals]] city would be perfect for this location. Lapsang Landing has large amount of ore and coal along with ample amount of [[wind]] and [[water]] but no [[oil]]. It also has both rail and port access.
