Corsair Coast - its beautiful coastline is ideal for a wealthy tourist destination. Its massive crude oil deposits can be used to generate revenue to build a city specialized in Gambling or Culture.
Plunder Point - is located at the southern tip of the island chain. It is a great port city that is ideal for trading through sea. Plunder Point also has abundant ore deposits.
