Souchong Summit

Souchong Summit is a city in the region of Horizon Archipelago. Located at high altitudes, Souchong Summit contains large amount of coal deposits scattered throughout. Rail running up the mountain connects the city to the rest of the region.
Souchong Summit has a rich supply of coal with some wind and water and a little ore but no oil. It has both rail and port access.
