Types of Zones

Residential Zones

Residential zones are where sims can build houses and move it.

• These zones are green.

Sims move into residential zones automatically.

If the player do no keep the sims happy, they will leave and houses will become abandoned.

Commercial Zones

Commercial zones are where shops and offices are built.

• These zones are yellow.

Commercial buildings provide the sims with jobs and bring profit to the city.

• Commercial buildings do not bring in as much profit as industrial buildings.

Sims will spend their simoleons in these buildings to earn happiness.
