Create your Region
Mzero -> I think all the "Create your Region" part is not required. People are not stupid, it's not hard to create a region just by following the instructions. We should focus on what's important; how to get started -> Give advice to a newbie on how to build a first city. I propose to delete (or simplify) the Create a Region part and focuse on Build a City
