Changes

Rousseau Flats is a city in the [[region]] of [[Viridian Woods]]. The site has bountiful deposits of [[coal ]] and raw [[ore ]] deposits are scattered throughout the city. With plenty room to grow, this Rousseau Flats is ready for a massive [[mining]] city. Rousseau Flats has large deposits of coal and [[water]] with good amount of [[ore]], little [[wind]] but no [[oil]]. It has only rail connection, no port access.
