It is perfect for a region filled with tourist oriented cities. The structure is relatively easy to build, when compared to other [[Great Works]], requiring only [[alloy]], [[metal]] and [[oil]] as materials.

*It can only be constructed on International Airport is unlocked by having 100 or more tourists arriving at a [[Great Works|Great WorkMunicipal Airport]] sitein the region.
