High wealth shops and housing are attracted to areas of high land values. Different [[cities]] have different natural land values. Beach-side properties and high cliff views tend to have higher land values. Players can also increase the land value of an area by placing [[parks]], [[ManorMayor's House]] and [[Mayor's Mansion]] next to it. Proximity to service buildings such as the [[Fire Station]]s, [[Police Station]]s, [[Clinic]]s and [[Education|schools]] also increase land value.
*Different parks attract Sims of different wealth levels. [[Basic Parks|Basic parks]] bring in low wealth Sims. [[Nature Parks|Nature]] and [[Sports Parks|sports parks]] attract medium wealth Sims. High wealth Sims are attracted by [[Formal Parks|formal parks]] and [[Plaza|plaza]]s.
