Simoleon (§) is the currency of [[SimCity]].
All [[roads]] and most [[ploppables]] cost simoleons to construct. Some Most ploppables cost simoleons to maintain.
Simoleons are generated through tax revenues, sale of [[commodities]] on the [[Global Market]] and provision of [[services]] to neighboring cities in the [[region]].
*[[Gambling#Gambling Structures|Casinos]], [[Expo Center|Expo expo center]]s and other entertainment structures also generate simoleons. Players can purchase bonds to generate a large amount of simoleons quickly. *Bonds along with incurred interest have to be paid back over time.
