Cowrie Cove

Cowrie Cove is a city in the region of Horizon Archipelago. Large coal deposits in Cowrie Cove provide a foundation for a beachside mining town. The beach running along the cove is ideal for a city specialized in Gambling or Culture.

Cowrie Cove has a massive amount of coal, some water and little wind but no coal or ore. It also has both port and rail access.
