The banks of the Reposado River wind through a corner of this site, providing a spot for distributing the [[coal]], crude [[oil]] and [[ore]] from the its underground deposits. A [[Trade Port]] can be built to ship the goods to the [[Global Market]].
Settler's Rest has an ample supply of [[water]] with small amount of all the other natural resources. It has both rail and port access.
